Patrick has been in the Real Estate business for the last twenty years and has worked in the construction industry, both as a manager, and as an owner. He owned both an electrical contracting company and a real estate investment company simultaneously. This shed some light between the two. His real estate business profited much more than his electrical company and the real estate business took much less of his time. It wasn't hard to decide to change his focus to 100% Real Estate. He attended SCC for five years to obtain his JW license and continues to further his education on a consistent basis.

Patrick has systemized his residential business to allow his project managers the freedom and confidence to run the residential division. His team looks after the rental portfolio, construction rehabs, and smaller land developments.

This allows Patrick to focus on the large commercial projects ranging from apartments, and offices, to his all time favorite; raw land. As projects move forward, Patrick enjoys the onsite visits involved.

His experience as a commercial project manager has been rewarding and fulfilling. The profits contain more zeros and the brokers have a wealth of knowledge.

Patrick lives with his beautiful wife and three amazing children. He coaches soccer and teaches new students about real estate on a weekly basis. He chooses the abundance mentality and surrounds himself with incredible people.
