CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We feel certain your subscription to this site will enlighten you, entertain you, and provide you with information you can use to improve your business. Thank you for purchasing through 22MinuteMentor.com. We appreciate your business and are excited to see you build tremendous amounts of wealth through your future real estate endeavors. Please read these policies carefully as they will give you important information about your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on the sales page or mailing offers. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Membership Products or Services If you are a member of a monthly product or service, you may cancel your membership at any time by either emailing us at assistant@rei-success.com (please enter "Member Cancellation" along with your "First and Last Name" in the subject line) or by faxing us at 425-458-3986, as we require written/typed documentation for any cancellations. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and processed. A confirmation e-mail will accompany any processed cancellation and will be sent via e-mail within 48 business hours of the request. Cancelled members may request to receive a full refund of any *monthly charges made within 30 days of requesting cancellation. If you are receiving a physical product monthly you can be required to return up to one product for a refund. Physical products must be returned within 60 days of the original date of the transaction in order for the refund to be processed. If your membership is to a website or other electronic service, all charges beyond 30 days from date of cancellation are non-refundable. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Standard Products and Services One time purchase digital products (non-membership) are subject to a 60 day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 60 day period begins on the date the product is ordered. One time purchase physical products (non-membership) are subject to a 60 day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 60 day period begins on the date the product is shipped by our office. If, for any reason during the review period, you do not wish to keep the product, you are required to request a return authorization form by emailing assistant@rei-success.com. All orders over $100 must be accompanied with a return authorization and must be received within the 60 day review period. All products received after the 60 day period are non-refundable. If the package is returned in new and unopened condition, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price; this does not include shipping and handling fees. All shipping and handling fees charged are non-refundable once the product has been processed for shipment. Furthermore, you are required to pay shipping and handling for any return shipment.
In addition, a restocking fee of 30% of the total purchase price can be deducted from any refund if the following conditions are met: 1. Any plastic protection has been torn or removed 2. The product is visibly used and worn 3. The product is returned within 2 and 15 days after the required return date
A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met: 1. The product is completely broken and unusable 2. The product is returned incomplete; parts of the product are missing 3. The product is returned AFTER 15 days beyond the required return date

Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this issue. * Monthly membership charges within 30 days of cancellation are fully refunded. This, however, excludes any deposits made prior to, during or after signup and/or acceptance to the membership.
